BUYER BEWARE, LIFETIME RESTOCKING FEE!

I do not order large quantities of merchandise any longer, in order to find one thing out of many, that fits. At some point, the fee should be lifted, or at least, reduced.

Think about the prices of gear, a pair of pants that costs 300 and I'm losing 25%?!!

This is a multi million dollar store. I'm not.

Cycle Gear and REvzilla are the same company. When I first started riding, I had an INCREDIBLY difficult time, as a smallish female, trying to find gear that fit properly. I still have difficulty. Helmets were even tougher to fit. As everyone has probably realized, MOST merchandise that is listed on the Revzilla nd Cycle Gear websites is NOT sold in stores, so there is NO POSSIBLE way to try anything on before buying. Even when did try going to the physical store, I came home with a jacket that was way too tight and helmet pads that gave me migraines. So, the "gear geeks" were of very little help. If a store is going to advertise free returns, then they should stand by that policy, no matter what. If you give customers the opportunity to try things on before buying, then ONLY list things for sale that are available in the store! It may have been necessary for me to return an excessive amount of stuff BUT again, there was no way for me to try before buying and I have ZERO CONTROL over store inventory. I have occurred a LIFETIME 25% restocking fee on all returns! If you know how expensive motorcycle gear is, then you understand how INSANE A 25% FEE IS! Regardless of the fact that I've made a lot of returns, I have also spent a LOT of money on gear and, obviously, Revzilla/CG want to discourage me from ordering. I could see 10% but 25%-a quarter of the original price, is basically, being stolen from me because I have no powers of clairvoyance to know whether something will fit or not, and because, the motorcycle world, is relatively clueless about the proportions of women's bodies. I am being penalized for circumstances, completely beyond my control!

I have paid for a part twice now and my order gets refunded two days later. They can't keep track of accurate inventory. Was added to a wait-list to be notified when the part was back in stock. I was not notified but noticed they were back in stock. Called them and ordered over the phone and was told they had quite a few in stock. Two days later my order gets canceled again. Would not recommend ordering from here.

The folks at Revzilla weren't answering their phones. I'd been on hold the day before for over an hour, and no one picked up. The day before that, I'd left a message, per their instructions, to please call me. As I understood it, I would not lose my place in the queue if I did that. Yet no one called.

I have been purchasing from Revzilla for 5+ years. My experiences have been 5x5 the whole time. I have had several questions and even had product item number questions that they answered via email. I tell everyone about them and cannot speak high enough about their customer service.

Revzilla False Advertising

I ordered a rack for motorcycle on line from them. Said it was in stock in Las Vegas. Okay, waited and waited, finally had to call them. Said they would call back with answers. No dice. Got an email apologizing and offering me phony site cash towards another purchase. Excuses and justifications is all you will get. Emails are quick, but not answers. Had to order from ITALY of all places. At least they (Italy) called me in real time to tell me they had the rack I needed. Can't even get American Companies to do that anymore it seems. If you order from them, make SURE they have it first before you sit and wait and wait and wait some more before hearing the excuses why it was never going to come in the first place. Luck to you fellow bikers.
